Improvements include high visibility messaging on the stoppage screen and the ability to select a stoppage reason immediately, without waiting for the small stop threshold.
Selecting a stoppage reason is now made easier with the left pane providing quick access to the most common stoppage reasons. Quick select buttons on the right allow operators to “End Job”, take a “Meal Break” or select “Other Reason”. Simple workflows to end a job with on-screen confirmations, affirming all tasks related to the job are complete, assures concise allocation of time to jobs.
A good count and reject confirmation at the end of the job will allow us to record quality and validate counts
